With the background of civil engineering from IIT Kharagpur and Phd. from IIT Roorkee, he provides guidance to several software technology companies as a board member.

Apoorva Shrivastava (Director - COO, India): With more than 13 years of experience managing large and small Enterprises, Apoorva brings in investment, finance and Global Business strategy to our team. Apoorva is Ex-Managing Director for Unitech Power Transmission Lines, a leading Power Line EPC and Tower Manufacturing company in India. He currently is Business Development Advisor of Unitech Ltd.’s overseas projects; Director of UniMet Profiles Pvt. He has an MSc in International Business from CERAM Business School (France) and University of Groningen (Netherlands) and Double BA in Economics and Pol. Sci. from University of Pittsburgh (USA).

Praful Shrivastava (Board Director): Praful Shrivastava has spent his career as management executive in developing technology, products and market opportunities in high technology sectors. Praful brings in more than 20 years of experience in managing Operations including establishing strategic alliances and offshore turnkey projects. In the past Praful has successfully taken companies from inception to profitability. He has an MBA from San Diego State University and a Masters degree in Science.
